RentSpotter South Africa does not verify the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of any listing, landlord identity, agent identity, property condition, ownership status, or any other information posted on this platform. All listings are published in good faith based on information provided by submitters, importers, or landlords.

3. No Verification of Tenants

RentSpotter South Africa does not verify the identity, creditworthiness, or suitability of any tenant using this platform.

4. User Responsibility

All users of this platform — whether landlords, agents, or tenants — are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verifying identities, inspecting properties, reviewing lease agreements, and managing all financial transactions. Any decision to rent, lease, or pay deposits is made entirely at the user's own risk.

Payments made to unlock contact details are for access to listed contact information only. RentSpotter South Africa does not guarantee that unlocked contacts are valid, current, or responsive. All contact unlock payments are non-refundable once access has been activated.

7. Stale & Archived Listings

RentSpotter South Africa may flag listings as stale, archive listings, or remove listings at its discretion. Stale or archived listings may still be accessible to historical record. Archived listings will not appear in default public search results.

8. Suspension of Listings

RentSpotter South Africa reserves the right to suspend, archive, or remove any listing that appears suspicious, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of this platform's standards, without prior notice.
